Whitelist Org Wallet
This page explains how to register, delete and whitelist wallets on the platform. Once a wallet is registered and whitelisted for an Agreement/Vault, any member of your organization can use the wallet to lend or borrow from the associated Agreements/Vaults.
Overview
Each organization must register the wallets it intends to use to interact with the platform. The registration step verifies that a wallet belongs to your organization, while the whitelisting step assigns the lender or borrower role to a specific Agreement or Vault. This process enhances security and prevents unauthorized access to Arkis DMA.
Actors
Org User → Submits a request to register a new wallet for the organization.
Org Admin → Reviews and approves requests to register new wallets for the organization. Organization wallets cannot interact with Agreements or Vaults on the platform unless explicitly whitelisted by an Arkis Admin for a specific Agreement or Vault.
Arkis Admin → Whitelists org. wallets as either a lender or borrower within Agreements and Vaults.
Register a new Org Wallet
If the wallet has not yet been registered in the system, the platform will display the following message: “Wallet [your wallet address] isn’t whitelisted by your organization.”
As an Org Admin, you can register the wallet for your organization. To do so, click “Click here to proceed with access request.”

This will take you to the wallets page. Click “Add Wallet”.

In the window that appears, enter a wallet name and click “Add Wallet” This will begin the wallet ownership verification process.
The specific steps may vary depending on the wallet you’re using. For example, if you’re using MetaMask, confirm the verification request in your wallet (provided you agree with the details).
Once verification is complete, the platform will display a notification: “Wallet Added” You’ll also see the newly added wallet listed among your organization’s wallets.

Remove the Org Wallet
If you need to remove a wallet from your organisation, click “Remove Wallet”. Note that the wallet must not be involved in any active agreements or vaults. If it is, the platform will display an error message and the removal will be blocked until those positions are closed.

Grant a Lender or Borrower role to the Org Wallet
Arkis Agreements and Vaults are permissioned smart contracts that require lenders and borrowers to be explicitly onboarded (whitelisted).
If you’re an Org User and want to supply or borrow in a pool (aka Agreement) but your wallet only registered but hasn’t been whitelisted for that pool yet, you can submit a whitelisting request to Arkis. To do this:
Go to the appropriate tab — Lend or Borrow.
Select the desired pool.
Hover over Supply or Borrow, depending on your action.
In the pop-up window, click “List of wallets whitelisted.”
From there, you can submit a request to add your wallet for approval.

Click “Request Access.” Once your request is reviewed and approved by the Arkis Admin, your wallet will be added to the pool and you’ll be able to perform supply or borrow actions depends on granted role.
